I bought this after I had to get a new phone I am very avid in the mountains of multiple states and put it on right before a scouting trip for a sheep tag and it works great! I also like the MagSafe adapter plate since I’m working in environments around welding and fabrication a lot the ease of removing the magnetic tab to avoid metal shaving sticking to it. All in all great product.

First off the concept of being able to use your own phone cases instead swapping out to use a proprietary case to digit glass is a great option. It really easy to set up and use. But..... For my situation, my phone I have, I could not get a consistent digit glass experience.. I have a Samsung s24 ultra. That is a Big and heavy phone even more heavier with a rock form phone case.. After applying the digiscope adapter and when I attach my to the lens cover the phone has a hard time staying steady because the phone is so heavy it shift outta mark. It is even worst if I use the magsafe backer.. Pretty much the magnet is not strong enough to hold up my heavy Samsung phone with a rock form case..

Does not hold bushnell 15x56 stable. Tried tighting screw a little more and snapped the housing. Still works on my 10x42 though.

Love the setup process as it takes minutes. Great that it’s mindless every time you put your phone on you don’t need to adjust it.

Customer service was very fast in responding to the return of the wrong size adaptor ring that came in my digiscope package. The sizing chart was wrong, and the ring did not fit my scope. Less than 24 hours later customer service replied to my e-mail request and asked me for pictures and measurements of my scope, so that they could send out the correct size adapter ring and they would update the data base so that no one else would get the wrong size ring for that model of scope. I sent the information they wanted and later that same day I received another e-mail that the correct size ring was on the way to me. The sizing compatibility chart was updated, and the correct ring is now listed.

The placing of the magnetic mounting pad is critical and getting the centerline of the mounting alignment tool center on the camera lens is crucial but not difficult. The phone when placed on my spotting scope took a little time to figure out what to do and how to get the camera to see through the scope. Just like any new tool or piece of equipment new to you there is a learning curve that has to be learned. I was lucky when I was using on glass scope adapter for the first time as there was a moose in my yard at 40 to 60 yards from my window where I set up my spotting scope. I was looking out the window with some sun glare, I believe that is why the pictures are not as clear as I expected them to be, I took 6 pictures and a short video. I think with a little more practice and more use of this system the setup will be simple, fast, and easy to use.
