Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with product production and fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and collaborating in a small, tight-knit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counts and restock materials
• Assist in the manufacturing process, including assembly, 3D printing, and use of hand tools
• Package and ship orders accurately and on time
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Comfortable learning new tools and equipment (training provided)
• Interest in the outdoors or hunting industry is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
